Job Description
GlossGenius is seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to shape the web platform and lead the technical direction of the App Platform team. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of professional frontend engineering experience, a strong focus on web, and a track record of leading high-impact technical work.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional frontend engineering experience
- Deep expertise in React and JavaScript
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, CSS-in-JS, and responsive/adaptive design principles
- Proven experience building and evolving component libraries, design systems, or shared UI frameworks at scale
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with React Native or cross-platform mobile development is a plus
