Job Description
GlossGenius is hiring a Staff Software Engineer, Frontend to join its App Platform team. The team is responsible for building the foundation that helps every team move faster, build better, and scale with confidence. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of professional frontend engineering experience, a strong focus on web, and a track record of leading high-impact technical work.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional frontend engineering experience
- Deep expertise in React and JavaScript
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, CSS-in-JS, and responsive/adaptive design principles
- Proven experience building and evolving component libraries, design systems, or shared UI frameworks at scale
- Deep understanding of web performance
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
