Job Description
GlossGenius is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Frontend to lead the development of scalable, reusable frontend components and shared libraries that power GlossGenius web applications.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional frontend engineering experience
- Deep expertise in React and JavaScript, with a strong command of modern frontend architecture and patterns
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, CSS-in-JS, and responsive/adaptive design principles
- Proven experience building and evolving component libraries, design systems, or shared UI frameworks at scale
- Deep understanding of web performance
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
