Operations Manager

Operations Manager oversees Outbound operations in a high volume distribution center, leading up to 4 salaried supervisors and 100 non-exempt team members. Responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, supporting distribution center projects, and promoting employee engagement and recognition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations or equivalent experience
• 3+ management experiences with increasing responsibility in a high volume, multi-shift operation
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify process variations or exceptions
