Administration Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Officer to join our busy Main Reception Team! As a key member of the team, you’ll play a crucial role in providing clerical support and performing day-to-day administrative duties.

Requirements

• Register patients with accuracy and attention to detail
• Document and store patient information in line with the Medical Records Act
• Liaise effectively with hospital departments and external medical providers
• Prepare medical records and necessary forms for each patient’s episode of care
• Operate the switchboard and handle calls efficiently
