Registered Nurse (Paediatrics) - Grampians Health at Home

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Registered Nurse to join the Grampians Health@Home - Paediatrics team. The successful candidate will have exceptional clinical skills, a commitment to quality, and be driven to enhance the care experience of children, young people, and their families.

Requirements

• Be eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold a current Practicing Certificate
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff at all levels within the organisation
• Sound knowledge base in holistic care of patients and their families, with previous experience in the inpatient care of children and young people
