Grand Canyon University, a regionally accredited private Christian University, seeks a Resolutions Administrator to support its Academic and Compliance Department.
Job Description
The Resolutions Administrator will be responsible for intake, management, and documentation of resolution of complaints received by the University, including students, faculty, staff, and parents. The position will also involve interacting with the public, parents, students, staff, and faculty to provide a positive example and support the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution
- Two (2) years' relevant professional experience
- Experience in higher education and student conduct practices
- Experience in complaint and grievance resolution
- Ability to interact with the public, parents, students, staff, and faculty
