Job Description
The Seminary Director will oversee co-curricular programming, church engagement, and operations for the seminary’s main campus facility. The Director will also serve as Chair of the Doctor of Ministry (DMin) program and manage events, host local pastors and guests, and coordinate activities within the seminary facility.
Requirements
- PhD or DMin from an accredited institution in practical theology, applied theology, or ministry
- 10 years combined teaching experience at the college level or in combination with church-based educational activities
- Demonstrated experience in developing strong relational and supportive networks with local pastors and churches
- Experience in academic administration or relevant managerial experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to affirm and teach in accordance with the university’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Positions Statement and the College of Theology Covenant
