Job Description
As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you will provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests while ensuring an exceptional 'Judgement Free' experience.
Requirements
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to continuously talk in person or on the phone during shift
