Job Description
We are looking for a Shift Leader to supervise fellow coworkers, monitor performance, and maintain high performance, quality, and safety standards. The Shift Leader will be responsible for organizing shift schedules, monitoring attendance, and supervising employees.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong problem resolution skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to continuously talk in person or on the phone during shift
