Requirements

Completed education in the hotel industry or comparable experience at a hotel reception where you have acquired the profession
Teamwork, reliability, punctuality, and motivation
Friendly and positive demeanor and good manners
Communication skills in dealing with demanding guests and in exchange with the team and in all departments
English language skills in word and writing, and any other language as an advantage
Willingness to work in various shifts, including Sundays and holidays
You master the German language in word and writing
Desirable: Basic knowledge of a common hotel software (we'll also train you on this) and safe handling of common Microsoft Office programs
