Requirements
- Conduct daily apartment inspections
- Control the smoking ban in the apartment
- Perform repairs, such as fixing dirty walls, patching, sealing, filling the thermostat, installing ceiling lamps, or assembling furniture
- Document the condition of the apartments so that necessary repairs and maintenance can be planned and implemented on time
- Ensure that the apartments are handed over to the guests in pristine condition - stylish, clean, and defect-free
- Process guest complaints and have them resolved either internally or through external companies
- Support the reservation team with organizational tasks
