The Marketing Director leads and executes all marketing, branding, and communications efforts for GSB, developing and executing the bank's overall marketing strategy and managing day-to-day production, timelines, budgets, and approvals.
Requirements
- Develop and execute the bank's overall marketing strategy in alignment with growth and organizational goals
- Lead and manage advertising campaigns across digital, print, social, radio, and community channels
- Manage and maintain the bank's website, including page creation, content updates, and issue resolution
- Manage and post to the bank's social media pages
- Serve as steward of the bank's brand, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints
- Lead public relations, press releases, and key communication
- Plan and execute sponsorships, community events, and branch initiatives
- Track performance, report results, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness
- Manage marketing vendors, tools, and budgets as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, IT, Compliance, Retail, and HR for all marketing needs
