The Commercial Lines Field Underwriter is responsible for achieving growth and profit objectives by selecting and pricing risks, developing new business opportunities, and managing agency relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or CPCU designation or comparable education and experience
- Three or more years of commercial multiple lines underwriting experience
- Excellent communication, decision-making, sales, and negotiation skills
- PC skills and work management skills
- Ability to complete multiple tasks within set deadlines
- Willingness to continue learning and updating skills
