Registered Nurse
Graduate of an accredited RN school; current RN license; valid CPR certification. Bachelor's degree (BSN preferred)
Nursing Asst in Training
High school diploma/GED required. Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program (within 120 days). 6 months experience in a long-term care setting preferred
Occupational Therapist
Graduation from an accredited OT program and current state license are mandatory. CPR certification and 6 months in long term care are preferred
CNA
High school diploma or equivalent required, CNA certification in the state of employment, and CPR certification preferred. Experience in long term care or a specific clinical specialty is a plus
