CNA

Cascadia Healthcare is seeking a CNA to provide basic nursing assistance and support to residents with daily living activities. All employees must submit background checks and be cleared to work in the facility. The role involves assisting with hygiene, mobility, and communication.

Requirements

• Answers nurse call system to determine resident needs.
• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
• Obtains food trays and assists residents with eating.
• Assists residents with range of motion exercises, and movement to/from wheelchair or activity areas.
• Assists resident with turning and positioning in bed.
• Assists resident with ambulation as indicated in the facility.
• Documents temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, and ADLs.
• Attends interdisciplinary meetings.
• Documents restorative services.
• Conducts job responsibilities according to company policies and procedures.
