Operations Finance Manager I

The Operations Finance Manager I position is responsible for managing all aspects of accounting and finance for the assigned location, ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and compliance with Company policies, GAAP, and SOX requirements. This includes supervising financial close processes, providing oversight of shared services, and managing Office Managers and Accounting Staff.

Requirements

• Supervise month end financial close process
• Provide oversight of location deployed shared services
• Manage Office Managers and other Accounting Staff
• Provide financial and analytical support to operations finance leadership
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly and quarterly financial forecasts
• Research legal matters regarding contracts, liens, and subcontracts
• Assist with internal audits and self-audits of all business functions
• Provide support and leadership for continuous process improvements
