Job Description
Project Manager II responsible for leading construction projects ranging from $15 - $49 million in size. Ensure corporate profitability goals are met, accurate project financial forecasting, and proper job controls. Develop and maintain working relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, and corporate management.
Requirements
- BS degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience in heavy civil construction
- Five to ten years progressive project experience in heavy civil environments
- Minimum of five years experience in paving, dirt, and grading in either private or public environments
