Job Description
We are seeking a caring and compassionate Home Health and Hospice LNA to join our team at Granite VNA. The successful candidate will provide optimal care in facilities throughout our service area, working Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. We offer a generous benefits package, competitive pay, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED, accompanied by current New Hampshire LNA license
- One year of recent experience as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
