Job Description
Work as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Hospice Community at Granite VNA, helping patients and families navigate end-of-life care with dignity, comfort, and grace. Deliver high-quality nursing care in a supportive team environment with autonomy, flexibility, and deep impact.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current New Hampshire nursing license or compact state license
- Three to four years of recent general medical/surgical or skilled/acute care nursing experience
- Ability to explain hospice program philosophy and develop and implement patient care plans
