We're looking for a People Ops Lead to build and improve our people operations end to end. You'll own contracts, visas, payroll, HR systems, onboarding, benefits, compliance, engagement, and more. You'll design simple, scalable processes that work for a 60-person company today and a 120-person company tomorrow, across London and San Francisco.
Requirements
- People ops experience
- CIPD qualification
- 6-10 years of experience in people ops
- Experience in fast-growing startup or scaleup environment
- Built or scaled people processes before
- Comfortable doing admin tasks, writing contracts, and using automation and tooling
- Managed full people ops stack
- Experience operating across multiple geographies
- Worked closely with founders and senior leadership
- Strong startup culture
