Manager Accountancy

As an Accountancy Manager at Grant Thornton, you will have the opportunity to combine your expertise in accountancy with a leadership role, while working on challenging projects for a diverse client portfolio. You will lead a dynamic team, advise clients on accountancy, financial reporting, and tax matters, and build strong relationships with clients through regular visits and proactive follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy & Fiscaliteit, Master in Applied Economics, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in an advisory or accounting firm.
• Experience with international files is a plus.
• Recognition of the Institute for Tax Advisors and Accountants (ITAA).
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build strong long-term relationships.
• Demonstrated initiative, responsibility, and structure.
• Ability to lead and coach employees in their professional development.
• Client-focused with a passion for finding tailored solutions for clients.
