Financial Reporting Advisory Director

We're looking for a Financial Reporting Advisory Director to lead our CFO Solutions team and provide high-quality financial reporting solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in financial reporting and leadership skills, with a strong track record of business development success. The role involves strategic leadership, client advice, and market positioning, as well as people leadership and coaching.

Requirements

• Professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA)
• Significant post qualification experience
• Experience leading a substantial portfolio of clients or complex advisory projects
• Strong technical expertise in IFRS and UK GAAP; US GAAP experience is favourable
• Demonstrable experience in an accounting advisory, technical accounting, or financial reporting specialist function
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and deliver high-quality client service
• A track record of business development success and an appetite for driving growth
