FS Audit Manager

Grant Thornton is looking for an experienced Financial Services Audit Manager to lead engagements in accordance with the firm's methodologies, professional standards, and local legal and regulatory requirements. The role involves building and nurturing new business relationships, leading and managing multi-location audit teams, and providing authoritative advice and professionalism throughout transactions.

Requirements

• Fully qualified as a chartered accountant (e.g., ACA / ACCA / CA / ICAS / ICAEW or international equivalent)
• Experience planning, leading, and delivering multiple major external audit and assurance engagements in a senior managerial capacity, with a focus on the financial services sector
• Excellent technical expertise with proven industry knowledge and sector experience in financial services
• Experience in managing other assurance engagement, such as client assets and safeguarding audits
• Previous professional experience at Manager level or equivalent, knowledge of current market issues in the UK, and experience applying UK GAAP, and IFRS
