FS Tax Manager

Grant Thornton is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their Alternative Funds Tax team in London. The role involves managing tax compliance for asset managers and funds, building client relationships, and supporting business development. The ideal candidate will have strong UK tax compliance experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and familiarity with Alpha tax, CCH personal tax, and Power BI.

Requirements

• Professional qualification (CTA / ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
• Confidence managing a portfolio of clients
• Strong tax technical skills and an interest in the asset management sector
• Mix of corporate and partnership tax compliance experience
• A track record of leading projects
• Self-motivated and strong team player
• Excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Alpha tax, CCH personal tax, Power BI, and other relevant software
• Experience of coaching and developing more junior team members
