Job Description
Grant Thornton is seeking a Pension Audit Assistant Manager to join their Pensions team. The role involves leading onsite audit teams, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and working with clients to ensure high-quality standards. The team provides audit services to some of the biggest Pension schemes in the UK, offering a unique opportunity for professional growth and development.
Requirements
- Professional qualification ACA, ICAS, CA or ACCA or CIPFA
- Experience of leading audits (as an in charge) of varying sizes across a diverse range of pension scheme clients
- Excellent knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102
- Excellent knowledge of the Pension SoRP
- Extensive experience of using audit software and Microsoft packages
