Real Estate Advisory, Associate Director

Join Grant Thornton's London-based Real Estate Advisory team as an Associate Director. Drive day-to-day execution of real estate advisory mandates, including debt and equity capital raising, refinancing, structured finance, and special situations. Collaborate across service lines and support senior colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate finance/advisory (debt advisory, corporate finance, restructuring or capital markets)
• Degree qualified in finance, economics, real estate, or a related discipline, or with equivalent professional experience
• Professional qualification desirable but not essential: ACA, ACCA, ICAS, CFA or RICS
• Strong technical skills in financial modelling and analysis; excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure and within tight deadlines
