As a General Manager – IT & Digital Enablement, you will define our next era of digital enablement, leading the vision and roadmap for Grantek’s IT and Digital Enablement strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership, in enterprise IT, AI, digital transformation, and security management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT strategy, AI/ML adoption, cloud and edge computing, DevSecOps, and regulated industry IT governance (pharma, food & beverage preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT budgets, vendors, and complex enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, collaboration, UNS/data integration).
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, risk-aware approach; able to translate business unit needs into IT and AI strategies that enable growth.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage executive, technical, and client audiences effectively.
