Manufacturing Supervisor

Graphic Packaging International is a leading manufacturer of paperboard and paper-based packaging for top brands. They seek a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 25 employees on an assigned shift, with a focus on safety, employee engagement, productivity, quality, and customer service. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to motivate a team to meet customer expectations and company objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing leadership role
• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing supervisor experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Business Administration, or related field, or extensive work experience in a Production Supervisory role
• Strong strategic, analytical problem-solving ability
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to motivate people
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills with a focus on Microsoft office applications and QAD experience (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and coordinate activities with different departments
• Strong safety orientation
