Manufacturing Supervisor - Night Shift

We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor - Night Shift to provide leadership and supervision to production work teams and facilitate team meetings to ensure the team's goals and results are consistent with company direction.

Requirements

• Leader with exceptional communication skills
• Good organization and ability to motivate people to perform at high levels
• Production experience required, continued education considered a plus
• Quality conscious and customer oriented
• Four-year college degree and/or equipment-direct experience in the folding carton industry required
• Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing plant preferred

Benefits

• Pay range: $82,500.00 - $110,000.00
