Printing Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred
• 5-7 years of management/leadership experience in the web offset printing industry or similar manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Results driven individual with goals of advancing within the organization
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Foresight, creativity, sense of urgency, and good organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
• Visual Color Discrimination, the ability to match or detect differences between colors
