EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF ANCILLARY SERVICES

The Executive Director of Ancillary Services is a key member of the executive leadership team for a dynamic, physician-owned, multi-specialty clinic, providing strategic and operational leadership for the Radiology and Laboratory departments with a strong focus on growth, service line expansion, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive leadership in multi-site healthcare operations, preferably within a physician-owned or outpatient clinical environment
• Direct experience managing Radiology and/or Laboratory services
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field
