Job Description
Graviton is seeking a skilled Support Engineer to be the first line of defense for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of their databases, services, and trading support systems. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, resolving production issues, and building automation to improve operational workflows. Collaboration with developers, traders, and infrastructure teams is essential.
Requirements
- Monitor production services and respond to alerts.
- Triage and escalate issues across trading support services, databases, and infrastructure.
- Proactively identify and address recurring issues.
- Improve observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Develop and maintain operational runbooks and SLO/SLA metrics.
- Possess a degree in a highly analytical field
