Requirements

• Hospitality degree (asset)
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Knowledge of hotel management software (Opera, asset)
• Good knowledge of Suite Office
• Knowledge of the immediate region and tourist attractions
• Excellent organization and priority management
• Sense of responsibility and initiative
• Participative spirit
• Creative and enthusiastic problem-solving skills
• Flexible availability
• Polished presentation
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
