Job Description
The suiteur has as their primary responsibility to ensure good flow and good communication between the kitchen and the dining room under the supervision of the service manager and chef.
Requirements
- At least two (2) years of experience in the same position or a similar position
- Training in restaurant service or in the kitchen, an asset
- Experience in a high-volume environment
- Developed stress and priority management skills
- Leadership
- Autonomy and initiative
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in French and English
