Customer Service Representative

Make a difference by serving as a key contact and liaison for customers, ensuring their total satisfaction. Interact with customers on an ongoing basis, entering orders, handling requests, and providing support in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
• Some retail or counter sales experience preferred
• High School education
• 2 year or 4 year degree preferred
