Associate - Bankruptcy

GrayRobinson is hiring a Bankruptcy Associate with 2-3 years' experience in judicial clerkship, admitted to The Florida Bar, with expertise in Chapter 11 business bankruptcies and complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation.

Requirements

• Experience with Chapter 11 business bankruptcies, creditors' rights litigation, assignments for the benefit of creditors, representing fiduciaries, as well as complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation
• Ability to handle court appearances, motions, depositions, mediations, and negotiations
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to successfully work on multiple projects with lawyers in different offices simultaneously and autonomously, with keen attention to detail
