Requirements

• LLM (Master of Law) or JD (Juris Doctorate) and current attorney license
• Generally, a minimum of 6 years of legal or claims experience
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and claims handling procedures
• Maintains knowledge of industry laws and regulations
