Senior Business Analyst

Great American Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support our Property & Casualty IT organization within the AI & Automation domain. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of P&C insurance lines of business, policy lifecycles, and product delivery models, along with strong analytical and requirements-gathering skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of related experience in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and/or maintaining applications or configuring and using application software in a business setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive decision-making.
• Strong business knowledge and ability to identify and define business needs including a high level of understanding of organization's business and technology operations.
