Job Description
The Payment Resolution Specialist delivers a member-focused experience by managing Visa debit and credit card disputes, reviewing requests for accuracy, and processing provisional and final account adjustments.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Knowledge of credit union products, services, and policies
- Federal regulations governing credit union operation and activities
- Ability to perform minor math calculations, keep accurate files, and demonstrate good judgment
- Calmly and effectively deal with irate members
