Job Description
The Food & Beverage Supervisor-FLD oversees front and back of house operations on a shift basis for a multi-venue location, ensuring smooth coordination for the team members.
Requirements
- Supervises the front and back of house F&B operations on a shift basis
- Orders food supplies, paper products, and alcoholic beverages
- Assists with the development of performance objectives and delivers performance reviews for direct reports
- Schedules and supervises team members, verifies time and attendance, assigns shift work assignments, and ensures appropriate coverage
- Assists with the screening, selection, and training of new hires, and tracks the progress of ongoing Connect and other training
- Participates in monthly inventory counts and reviews
- Offers F&B expertise to internal and external customers, ensuring exceptional guest experience
