Security Officer responsible for protecting Company assets and delivering high level of service and respect to patrons and colleagues. Performing various duties, including monitoring, documentation and reporting of internal and external violations, enforcing restricted access, observing transactions and assisting departments.

Requirements

• Two years of experience working with the public in a service role or in the service industry
• Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities
• Previous experience or training in security an asset
• Valid security license an asset
• Serving it Right certification
• Self-motivator and ability to inspire other team members in enhancing the guest experience
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to follow rules, regulations, policies and procedures at all times
