Patient Coordinator

Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for patients visiting or calling the dental office, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling general administrative tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in using dental practice management software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records
