Bachelor's degree in Cheese Manufacturing, Food Science, Quality and or related field, 4 years of cheese manufacturing, quality management experience, in depth understanding of cheese technology and quality processes and related issues
3rd Shift Line Attendant Cheese
High school diploma or GED, basic understanding of manufacturing processes, and ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
3rd Shift Machine Operator
Ability to read, prepare, and comprehend production reports and worksheets, communicate with line personnel, and handle multiple tasks
Night Shift Maintenance Technician III
3+ years of maintenance experience, Associate's degree or equivalent, ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Night Shift Maintenance Technician
High school diploma or GED, 1 year of maintenance experience, and basic understanding of manufacturing processes
Analyst, MES
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
3rd Shift Palletizer Operator
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, ability to run forklifts, and good trouble shooting skills
3rd Shift Bulk Cheese Handler
High school diploma or GED. Ability to make minor decisions based on standard practices
3rd Shift Automation Specialist
5 years of related experience and/or training, associate’s degree or equivalent, and ability to write PLC programs
Night Shift Maintenance Technician IV
5 years of maintenance experience, Associate’s degree, ability to weld
