Great Oaks Legacy Charter School is seeking a Director of Facilities to join our Operations team for the 2026–27 school year. The Director of Facilities serves as a key member of the GOLCS network leadership team, responsible for managing facilities repairs, projects, and maintenance across 6 buildings and 7 campuses.
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.) required, with at least 3 years of trade work experience preferred
- Intermediate administrative skills with experience using Google Workspace and creating collaborative documents and reports
- Experience coaching and developing junior staff members or direct reports
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience working in schools a plus
