The Special Projects Coordinator provides logistical and operational support to promote the success of the campus, including event planning, managing budgets, and communicating with staff and parents. The ideal candidate will have a relentless work ethic, a belief in all students' potential, and excellent communication skills.

- Interest in performing a critical support role and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented environment
- Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in the face of competing demands and external pressures
- Prior experience working in schools and/or urban communities
