Patient Account Receivable Position - PAR - FT

This position is for a Patient Account Receivable Representative in a busy Business Office. The role focuses on effective patient account collection, accounts receivable follow-up, and reimbursement analysis. Candidates should have experience in medical accounts receivable and a strong understanding of billing guidelines and policies.

Requirements

• Experience in a medical accounts receivable role (Accounts Receivable Representative or Patient Collections)
• Working knowledge of medical, accounts receivable, collections, rejects, denials, appeals, and research billing guidelines.
• Knowledge of CPT, HCPC, ICD-10 Modifiers, UB04 & 1500 forms.
• Knowledge of Healthcare system
• Ability to obtain AR within 90 days of discharge
• Ability to provide accurate and timely information to insurance companies.
