The Donor Development & Philanthropy Officer will cultivate a comprehensive strategy for major gift development, lead donor cultivation, and execute planned giving and annual campaign strategies. The role requires excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with donors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business, Marketing or Relevant Field (required)
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) With more than 10 years of fundraising experience
- 4-6 years Fundraising experience (required)
- 1-3 years Specific experience with planned and/or annual giving (preferred)
