Now Hiring: Adult FACT/Outpatient Mental Health Therapist. Flexible, team-based role with real impact. Work in community settings, build real-life stability and independence for clients. $68,000 – $87,360 + $4,000 FACT Differential.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Ability to obtain WA Agency Affiliated Counselor license within 30 days
- Comfortable working in community/home settings
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
