Join our mission to help individuals with mental illness and addictions lead healthy, stable, and fulfilling lives. We are seeking a Clinical Program Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversight within our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services.
Requirements
- Independent licensure (LPCC, LISW)
- Supervisory designation (LPCC-S or LISW-S)
- Experience in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment, co-occurring disorders, or community behavioral health
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Ability to mentor, coach, and develop clinical staff
- Commitment to trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and high-quality client services
